Minerva Real Estate is a Bologna-based real estate company that owns and rents out its own commercial and residential properties — directly. No brokerage, no third-party management: only the buildings we have chosen to hold and to look after.
Where we come from
Minerva is rooted in the Bologna area — a territory we have known for years. Our path is that of a property portfolio with deep local roots, now organised into a dedicated company. The name is a deliberate choice: Minerva, the goddess of wisdom and strategy, stands for the way we believe a property business should be run — with care, integrity, and respect for the people who live and work in our spaces.
How we work
We own commercial and residential properties in Bologna and Villanova di Castenaso and we rent them out to our tenants ourselves. The portfolio is deliberately small: fewer properties, each cared for properly, with clear contracts and a single point of contact for the entire duration of the relationship.
